The hotel is perfectly located. The room is big, spacious and perfectly clean. The facilities are cozy and ut has its own personality. The staff is friendly, kind and accommodating. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone. Wish we would have stayed longer.

This 4-star hotel provides large, air-conditioned rooms, regional food, free WiFi, a fitness centre and a spa. The hotel is beautiful. It is situated close to the train station and a 15-min walk from the old town. Rooms were extra comfortable and clean. They had all amenities. The staff was very kind and helpful. Don't miss the great breakfast!

Aquest hotel, de 4 estrelles, està situat al centre de Heidelberg, a 10 minuts a peu de l'estació principal i el nucli antic de Heidelberg. The room was nice and spacious. Great view towards the hill and the interior garden. The staff was very pleasant, always with a smile and ready to help. The hotel's location is very convenient to reach the old town, as well as the zoo (30 mins walk in both directions). And the greatest of all was the restaurant. The breakfast was very varied, one could choose anything from eggs to cereals with milk. The dinner menu was excellent, we ate there 3 nights in a raw and were not disappointed. Also the restaurant employees were very nice and accommodated all our requests.

This hotel in the heart of Heidelberg is a comfortable base for outings in the romantic university town and Neckar river valley. Breakfast was amazing and exceeded expectations. Staff were exceptionally welcoming, making sure I had access to the property at a late hour. Highly recommend.
