The hotel feels and looks new. It has a nice design and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is pretty good and the food options in the evening are good and affordable. The area around the train station is a bit dodgy, but it's safe. There are a few nice bars next to it which are a good options for evening drinks. Parking was full when we arrived, but we found options on the street.

Very conveniently located outside a train station. It is a new (or recently renovated) hotel with very clean rooms and facilities. Nice restaurants, cafes and groceries stores within 1-2 min walk. I would definitely go again.

Located in the Wandsbek neighbourhood of Hamburg, Kröger by Underdog Hotels offers a bar. WiFi access is available. Renovated in 2014, these modern rooms are bright and come with a stylish design. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Always ready to solve any questions that you have. The hotel is clean, not too big. The rooms were very nice and cosy. I really enjoyed the stay.

Mellingburger Schleuse er í fjölskyldueigu og býður upp á glæsileg herbergi, daglegt morgunverðarhlaðborð og hefðbundinn veitingastað. The location is great for vacation. You can have nice view, big enough park for 1 hour walking, and canal for Canoe there. They also have swimming pool and Sauna (but I did not use it). The service is nice, and the room is quiet. People are not complicated there and thus you can get a good rest. In the town center (Poppenbüttel) you will get shopping and whatever you want.

This Select Hotel Tiefenthal in Hamburg’s lively Wandsbek district is a 20-minute S-Bahn ride from Hamburg Airport and a 10-minute underground ride from the city centre. The hotel was really nice. Bright room, a lot of facilities in the room, big and comfortable bed. Close to the metro station and shopping center. Beautiful room design. Friendly and welcoming staff.

In other hotels check in takes forever, here it was super easy, fast and contactless, prior to arrival, online. The room was clean, bathrooms as well, carefully equipped. The ONE thing I would suggest is having a kettle and tea in the room, it would be nice if people could make a cup right as they wake up. But overall 10/10, I would recommend, great hotel. Will definitely come back if I have to go to Hamburg again.
