Staff was super friendly and helpful. Super nice and clean room with two balconies, very close to the metro, cafés, bars and restaurants. Perfectly decorated and furnished, comfortable bed, even earplugs were provided.

Aquest hotel, que és exclusiu, està situat en una antiga torre d'aigua del segle XIX, al centre d'Hamburg, i ofereix habitacions amb aire condicionat i TV de pantalla plana. The hotel is beautiful and the history of how it was built was very interesting. The staff at reception and in the breakfast room was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Aquest Mercure està situat a 2 minuts a peu del parc de Planten un Blomen, el llac d'Alster i el barri de Schanzenviertel. The bedroom was cosy and the bed had a very comfortable mattress. Breakfast had great variety of fresh products in a buffet service. The cleaning service was excellent and the staff was always helpful.

It's situated right in the center of Sternschanze but in an alley somewhat withdrawn from the street. You can actually hear birds in the morning - and no traffic.
