This boutique hotel is directly located in Hamburg city centre, a 1-minute walk from the Neuer Wall shopping street and a 5-minute walk from the Jungfernsteig. The MADISON Hotel Hamburg is located in central Hamburg, just 200 metres from the St. Michaelis Church. It offers large studios, a stylish bar, and a restaurant serving international food. I was delighted and surprised at how amazing the hotel was. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. I was particularly delighted with the free mini bar and I loved the jelly jar at reception! Our room was impeccable and I really enjoyed the spa.

Overlooking the Außenalster Lake, this classic in 2020 renovated hotel offers free Wi-Fi, a spa with indoor pool, a private cinema, restaurants and a bar. Hamburg Central Station is 500 metres away. The location is beautiful, you can just walk in any direction and enjoy the city. The staff were wonderful. We had valet parking, and they were also super helpful with our luggage, and later when we realized we had forgotten something in the car it was no problem for them to help us retrieve it. The bar staff in the lobby lounge bar were great, and so were the drinks. We ate at Atlantic Grill & Health. Lovely meal, and super service. The room was fantastic, and the bed, the pillows, the duvet covers, it was amazingly comfortable 😊

Attractively situated in Hamburg, The Cloud One Hamburg-Kontorhaus features air-conditioned rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a bar. Amazing location, super friendly staff, great breakfast We liked absolutely everything about this Hotel. Our rooms were nice and clean and the beds are comfortable. The location could not have been any better. Everything in walking distance. The roof terrace was a highlight as we could enjoy after shopping and sightseeing a drink in a relaxed atmosphere and watch the sunset.

Hyvä hintalaatusuhde, siisti, hyvä aamiainen, hyvä henkilökunta, erinomainen sijainti. Huoneiden ovet eristivät erinomaisesti ääntä eivätkä kolisseet.

Hotellissa on myös 24h-vastaanotto, bisneskeskus ja ilmainen WiFi kaikissa tiloissa.... The hotel is on good location whether you want to use metro (metro station is 3 minutes walk) or uber or taxi. Rooms are very clean and comfy. Spa is was also great after sightseeing all day long :) Check in and reception staff was very polite, nice and the check in/out very prompt. Would recommend it to a friend.

The service was exceptional. Justina and her colleague Fabian made us feel welcome and was very helpful and professional. The location is excellent. While in the Old Town section, the S-Baun stop is literally across the street. It is two stops to the main rail station and two stops the other direction for the harbor which is the hub for many tourist attractions. Less than a block behind the hotel are two good restaurants. The hotel itself has a lavish formal resturant. The hotel is like a palace inside and out, being an adaption of a government building from the early 1900s. No two guest rooms are alike and have unique layouts and designs. The room included a combined washer/dryer in addition to a free laundry room. The tasteful sauna includes a changing room, cool-down relaxation room, and gym. When you take into account all the free extras, service, location, and architecture, it was well worth any slight premium.
