This hotel lies in the heart of Freiburg, directly at the cathedral square. You enter the hotel through the restaurant, small but convenient. Great location right opposite the cathedral. Room small but adequate and very quiet. Not bothered by the church bells. Parking is offsite but convenient. Staff helpful. Would stay here again if we return to Freiburg.

I have to say that this hotel has such an amazing character, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and I felt as if I really was taken care of. The family-run Gasthaus Löwen is situated conveniently in the Old Town of Freiburg im Breisgau, 100 metres from the Freiburg Minster. Breakfast was delicious and had so many options. Location couldn’t have been better, so central!

Cu o situare atractivă în Freiburg im Breisgau, Hotel & Restaurant Sichelschmiede are un mic dejun tip bufet și WiFi gratuit. The location is incredible. The staff were welcoming and polite. We loved the look of the hotel and our room as well as the amenities in the suite. The food at the the restaurant was excellent and among the top (traditional) food we ate in Germany. I wish we could have stayed longer!
