The staff was amazing, at first they gave us a room without a bathtub and when I called them asking them for a room with one, they changed us in less than 20 minutes. They were fast and super nice. The location was perfect, it's super close to the Hauptbanhof and the city center, many beautiful churches and buildings. 100% recommended.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. We loved the look and feel of the hotel which is also the reason I booked it. We had our young adult children travelling with us and they also enjoyed it a lot. We enjoyed the boardgames in the lounge/dining area and played before and after we went out for dinner. Usually when visiting big cities we tend to go directly to our room after a day out but here we wanted to spend time in the lounge area where other people were also relaxing with a drink from the bar playing games or talking. The breakfast was really nice with a large selection. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the facilities well looked after. The hotel attracts young and old, couples and small groups of friends by the look of it. Our bed was very comfortable and the bed sheets felt fresh and new. I would definately book here again when we next pass Frankfurt.
