The location was great, close enough to the train station and the old town. Supermarket in the vicinity. Clean room, comfy bed. We checked in earlier than the announced time with no issues.

The staff. I had a problem when I booked (I booked for another date) and the receptionist helped me so that I didn’t pay two times and I could sleep there. She was really nice. She helped me for an hour or so, which motivated me to rate this hotel.

Nice and easy with a lock box retrieval of the key. Tram station right next door which in my opinion is essential for getting around town. Convenience store and restaurants right around the corner, which is great. East communication with the host, gorgeous city and we really enjoyed the stay
