Staff were very helpful and friendly. the hotel is very modern.

Piccolo Hotel enjoys a quiet location, an 8-minute walk from the Locarno Train Station and the centre of the city. Frokosten var god og vi kunne forsyne oss med frukt, men skulle vi ha egg kostet det ekstra. Kaffen var dessverre alltid bare lunken. Syltetøyet var godt og personalet var hyggelig. Ticino Feriekort som man får via hotellet gir gratis transport med tog, lokalbuss og postbuss så man kan dra på utflukter uten å tenke på feriebudsjettet, dette gjelder flere steder i Sveits.

The whole team was very hospitable and did their best to help us to feel at home. They also gave us practical and very useful information for travelling around Ticino. The place was very clean and comfortable and the location is very good.
