The customer service is top top class. We enjoyed our stay from the first to the last minute in the hotel. They make everything so easy for you. You have all the facilities there. The food is just amazing. I would definitely recommend The Address Dubai Mall hotel to everybody. Access to the mall is so easy. I'm going back there in 2 months. I would like to thank all the staff. Great location. 10 minutes walk from Dubai Mall, Metro station. Lot's of cafes, restaurants, shops around. Pretty big rooms, everything is new. Good Wifi. Excellent breakfast. Bar and restaurant in the hotel. Swimming pool. Very friendly staff. Electrical sockets are compatible with EU plugs.
