Exceptional service staff, they take care of everything for you, from the moment you arrived and helping with the luggage to helping coordinate with tour groups when they come pick you up. The manager even have us free coffee when we left. Definitely one of if not the best experience I've had in a 5 star hotel.
The sheets were clean, I know for sure because I brought a uv to scan and clean bacteria, location was close proximity to old quarter attractions within walking distance. Room is new as well. Came with water and even fruits! Also has chips and biscuits for snacks if you need for your day tours or when youre on the road.
The breakfast for 3 days straight was amazing! Pho live station was sooo good. Omelette live station was great too!
Tried the Vietnamese traditional massage and it was amazing. All in all a much better experience than the Halong bay so called 5 star cruise.
