I checked out after 1 night. I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t leave the room. I called the front desk that night and explained I was sick with a gastric attack and wondered if they had something such as Pepto Bismol, etc. The woman at the desk told me there was a CVS in walking distance. No expression of sympathy. I managed to find a CVS that had delivery ( even though management there had no idea they did that). They delivered part of the order and said the rest would be shipped to the hotel a week later.
All other front desk workers were very nice.

This is the best example of what a hotel should be. From the phone call to check in to checking out the place is super clean the staff is amazing. I would go out my way to stay at this hotel.

We (adult and 2 teenage children) stayed in a King Suite for the 3-day holiday weekend. The kitchen was immaculate and had everything we needed. The suite was lovely, clean and very comfortable for any of our needs (sleeping, relaxing, etc.) Breakfast buffet had something for everyone in our party. EVERY single member of the staff was friendly, polite, helpful, professional. EVERY single one. They all treated us as though we were old friends, happy to see us... even though this was our first visit. The location was perfectly convenient for all of our sightseeing plans. We were able to walk everywhere a fairly short distance to visit museums or see the monuments or just hang out on the Capital lawn for a concert. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for a visit to our nation's capitol.

One of the worst hotels where I've been to, and I've been to A LOT! Its only good point is its location because it's 1000 ft to a metro station and that puts you anywhere in DC in a short while.
The person at the reception at check-in was very friendly. The hotel is located very close to a metro station. Rooms are quite big, bed is OK, bathroom was reasonably clean.
