It was a trip down nostalgia lane for me. Spent many hours in the 80&90's in motels just like this one. Good shower.

Springfield MO is full of homeless individuals and vagrants, there everywhere, every street corner, laying down sleeping in the various gas stations parking lots and camping out behind some of the hotels...we were also told that the mayor of Springfield has been bringing the homeless in by busses for what rhyme or reasosn I don't know.

We had a room booked in advance but was told when we got there they were overbooked but they could put us in a handicap room. It wasn’t what we excepted but accepted the room. The breakfast had good choices to choose from. The people at the front desk was very nice. The hotel was dated but was fine for an overnight stay

There are restaurants galore. This is a big, big city.
There are restaurants galore. This is a big, big city. It's no metropolis, but it's big in size. It can take a while to get from place to place. We really enjoyed the aquarium at Bass Pro Shop. They told us it was a 3 to 4 hour exhibition and we were wrong not to believe them. Downtown is adorable. Very trendy bistros and ice cream parlors. Very cool (although somewhat pretentious) coffee shops. I could go on but you just have to see it for yourself. I won't mention Branson which is just a short drive away.

My key card didn't work when we first checked in and I had to walk all the way back down with all my luggage to get one that worked. It didn't work again later that night when I returned to my room and had to go back down and have it re-programmed. I was also charged $150 deposit and I have stayed there several times and that has never been done before so was a little frustrated with that. The rooms are nice and clean I was just super frustrated with the key cards not working properly. I come to Springfield often and stay here as it is close to my grandkids.
Staff were really nice. Breakfast was good, the area it was set up was a little bit difficult to squeeze in with all the other people. The outdoor pool was warm and fun for the kids. The rooms were very clean but did have strong musky smell (it may be common for the humidity in the area). They did a really nice job making the most of what the hotel is. The location is what it is, most of Springfield is sketchy and the area was not great but you didn't feel it was scary to be in your room.
I had a very enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and I could park my car just outside the door of the room. The grounds are attractive. The breakfast room was well supplied with a variety of choices. I was also satisfied with the exercise room, and the laundry room-- two features I value in a hotel. Very central location, with lots of shops, restaurants, etc. nearby. I will definitely plan to stay there again on my next trip to Springfield.
Cool boutique type vibe. We've stayed here multiple times, and will again in the future.Full bar, our bartender made awesome, espresso, martinis! Restaurant as well, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can get coffees like lattes, etc. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are small but they work. This hotel is perfect for Quik trips where we're only staying a day or two. staff is always very polite.
It is totally renovated old motel. When I saw the building I was very disappointed (my husband booked the hotel), but when we opened the door I was shocked - everything was new!!! Very nice surprise!! Also was close to the places we visited. The lady at the front desk was very nice!!! The breakfast area is very nice and clean, too.
My favorite hotel in Springfield, MO. I love the hydration station because we use tumblers. You get your ice and water in one trip. I love the showers water pressure and the soap dispensers. The room we had was small but was quiet. I also liked the huge smart tv. We were able to pick up Netflix and watch our show.
I knew I this place was probably the cheapest for a reason. It did, in fact, deliver a cheap room for 11 days. The room itself was actually pretty cute and certainly comfy enough for the stay. It eased the pain on my wallet. The water was also incredibly hot which was quite nice.
The pet friendly room's location within the property was perfect. It was on the first floor near the rear entry, accessible to the pet walk area. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and professional, friendly staff. The hotel is even across the street from the Petsmart!!
The best of all was the people. The room was amazing, especially with the technology but the people were above any expectation. Even when I had something bad happen that by the way was not the Hotel's issue, they helped me with that.
Loved the fact that we did not need to leave the hotel. Dinner and breakfast were provided. After a long day travelling by car, it was nice to use the exercise room. Popcorn and coffee bar were open all night.
Best Western is always my hotel of choice no matter where I am. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, The staff was great. I had an early morning flight so wasn't able to try the breakfast.
Clean and spacious room. Free breakfast with stay and super friendly staff. Conveniently located right off of the highway but away from other hotels and restaurants so it felt calmer.
Clean and comfortable room. Great location. The motel is very quiet. We feel very safe by staying there. The check in is very easy and staff are very friendly.
