The facilities, service, and quality of the service is excellent. All of the staff is very friendly, and they always do their most to help with any problem or question. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and are well equipped. The hotel is centrally located, close to many public transport options, and there are many stores, markets and restaurants nearby. It is within walking distance to many sights in Old Town. There is also a nice tour and information service in the reception, if you want to go on tours. The booking.com score does not at this time reflect the actual quality of this hotel (underrated).
