Beautiful villa and the surrounding nature is amazing, very relaxing indeed. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They have many activities to book and the restaurant's dishes were yummy. They have free shuttle to and from central ubud (around 40 minutes away from the villa). What made the stay memorable was also how the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Special thanks to Mba Yuika🙏🏻

We booked the basic rooms and arrived to find the bathrooms were downstairs via external stairs which were more like ladders than stairs. Not great for the middle of the night toilet trips. We quickly asked for upgraded rooms and we were offered much nicer villas for not a great deal more money. Otherwise we would have found somewhere else to stay.

Amazing hotel in the middle of rice fields. Beautiful nature all around. We had some amazing walks in the rice fields.
Breakfast is great in big. Property is brand new, so some things are still not operating, but I am sure you will enjoy it as we did.
We were staying in one bedroom villa with a private pool. You also have big pool downstairs with rice field views.
I highly recommend this resort if you like quite resort in the middle of nature.

Fresh air, rice terraces, Balinese people are very friendly and courteous. Nature, vegatation, forest.. waterfalls and temples. My husband and I stayed at Aksari Ubud Resort & Spa … this place is my personal version of paradise. Staff were very cordial… they aim to please … the resort has great amenities and awesome infinity pools. The entire place has wifi, room has smart TV with Netflix, the resort is clean and very well maintained and smells like aromatherapy (spa) with “zen” music..,

Its got some lovely attractions and sights. Its peaceful and quiet without being too remote. Spending time amongst the people here gives you a sense of what life in Bali is really like and not just what they put on for tourists.

Last time I came to Bali, I only stayed in Ubud. Tegalalang is only a short trip away, but it is so peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Waterfalls, rice paddies, jungle, friendly locals and you really can experience Bali here. I have never felt more grateful, free and alive. Make sure to rent a moped to get the most out of it!

Far away enough from the city centre to be tranquil and relaxed with plenty of local activities such as the rice terrace and swings, close proximity to temples, waterfalls and volcano without the hustle and bustle of the centre.
Hosts were very kind to accomodate the breakfast also for our two toddlers which initially was not included in the booking, really appreciate this gesture. Hotel also connected us with a driver ( Nyoman +62 831 1446 3077) who helped us plan our visits to the attractions around this property and acted as driver cum guide for the tour , he also helped us visit some key places on the way back to the Airport which helped us make the most of our last day at Bali. In addition to this place of stay will also strongly recommend Nyoman.
The environment is amazing, we arrived at night and you could hear a lot of animals and it was completely dark.
Is in the middle of the rice fields and the view from the pool is very nice. From the small balcony as well. Toilet is open so even when having shower you can see the nature behind. I saw a firefly while having shower.
You order breakfast the day before and they bring it to your balcony! Loved the banana pancakes!
Much more quiet than ubud.
Good location to reach tegallalang fields and tirta empul.
The view was one of the best I've seen in Bali!!
The hotel and rooms overlook beautiful green rice terraces. The infinity pool is also great. The rooms have a multimedia system and Netflix which make for a great movie night as well. The location is quite remote and there are hardly any eateries nearby, but that is what makes the place even more serene. Lenon at the hotel was a great host and was very helpful and helped arrange a tour of the nearby Aloha swing, the rice terraces and coffee plantation.
Aksari Resort Ubud impressed us with its outstanding culinary offerings and impeccable cleanliness. The food at the resort's restaurant was delicious and diverse, satisfying our taste buds with every bite. Moreover, the entire resort was maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment throughout our stay. Aksari Resort Ubud is truly a top choice for those seeking both exceptional dining and cleanliness in Ubud
This was the BEST hotel from our Bali trip. The best. Staff - wonderful, everyone smiling and so lovely all the time. Great restaurant. A traditional Bali dance and culture performance in one of the evenings. Yoga by the river coast near the hotel. And everyone sooooo warm and welcoming. Despite the fact that bed squeaked even when you sit down and bed springs should be replaced, that didn’t change our mind that this tiny hotel is wonderful!!!!
This villa is perfect 💯 a pity we only stayed for a night :( it’s super zen & tranquil! You pay for what you get - the views from the room/balcony were amazing. You see the rice terrace/greenery from afar and if the weather is good, the sunrise/sunset is amazing! Room was very spacious & well kept. I enjoyed the pool/view most. The pool overlooks the scenery and you can opt for breakfast in pool, which we did, what an experience!
It is a lovely hotel in the middle of the jungle, far away from the center of Ubud. The views are amazing. We booked a private villa with a pool and it was very nice. The territory of the hotel is green and they have 2 pools, a restaurant and a swing in the water. The food was very good especially the breakfast on buffet. The staff is very polite and helpful. We spent 4 unforgettable days there . Thank you Kawi Resort.
I recently enjoyed a remarkable stay at Cicada Ubud, where the unlimited breakfast was a standout feature. The diverse and high-quality breakfast offerings made each morning a culinary delight. The attention to detail in the dishes and the overall dining experience added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. I highly recommend Cicada Ubud for a luxurious stay with exceptional breakfast options.
Beautiful quiet hotel with beautifull room and view. The staff was great and the general manager
was most helpful in getting me a taxi from the port of Bali and also with an issue with needing to
reduce my stay due to the distance to the airport being very far for an early morning flight.
This would be perfect for a couple to just relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings
A right choice and great impression for our first time staying in Ubud. The view is extraordinary, we enjoy it especially when we are having floating breakfast at the jacuzzi. The suite is clean and comfortable. Not to mention the staffs, friendly and attentive service. Would definitely go back and recommend it to our friends
super nice brand new 3 bedroom private villa.
its just 5 min walk to the famous tegalalang rice terrace also just step away to Alam harum day club.
its 30 min to reach ubud center, but i dont really dont mind as we can find some option for eat close by.
the staff and owner so welcoming and we would like to be back next time
A beautiful authentic Balinese villa with private pool and fantastic views over Mt Agung, very tranquil and relaxing. There are a few nice restaurants only a few minutes walk away and you can rent a scooter to visit the rice fields, local temples and waterfalls, Sebatu is a lovely village not overrun by tourists.
The place is amazing! So so beautiful it looks like paradise. It is very var from the Ubud center but they provide transportation if you need to. The rooms are so fancy and the bed is really comfortable. I loved doing the free activities during the day like the nature walk, yoga and making Canang.
We wanted a relaxing few days away from the busy tourist destinations in Bali. Perfect location, yet also close enough to go to Ubud and climb Mount Batur etc. The rooms were very clean and the staff were fantastic and very helpful.
Great location in the middle of the rainforest and close to the rice terraces. The staff was incredibly nice and always on top of their toes to fulfill every wish possible. Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling Ubud!!
ideally with a room slipper or bath slipper provided will be best, is cold to step on the tile floor from bed, especly at Ubud , weather is cooling at night.
The spacious room and the view of the sunrise and rice terrace in front of the room. The peace and restful environment is what we enjoyed about the property.
