Lovely hotel. Very comfortable and quiet. Host changed one of the rooms for us when he saw my father ( aged 93) might find the stairs difficult without being asked. Gave him a fabulous room on the ground floor. Much appreciated.
Breakfast great value too.

Arles was an accidental surprise! We went for a specific reason and stayed for pure enjoyment. The old town is very walkable and both historic and cute French, the Saturday market is ENORMOUS, LUMA was an unexpected joy (4 hours and we could go back), Van Gogh Foundation was great and I'm sure there is more to explore. We'll be back!

For me, Arles is one of the most interesting places to visit in France. With its 1st century Roman ruins, Van Gogh's history there as illustrated through many of his paintings, and the beautiful Carmargue horses and delta environment, there were so many wonderful things to do and explore. The highlight of my trip was at the Domaine de Mejanes restaurant where we magically enjoyed the music of two nephews from the internationally renowned band Gipsy Kings! As it turns out they are from Arles and the family performs often at restaurants in the area. We cant wait to return! One note - if you ride the horses in the Camargue area be sure to bring lots of mosquito repellant as the waterways are a natural environment for them.

Beautiful, walkable city retaining its character with numerous roman ruins and historic sites. Fun to explore tiny side streets and great restaurants. Watch out for the Mistral - you might need layers or a warmer jacket!

It doesn’t get so many tourists but tourist traps abound. But if you look selectively for a good restaurant you will find several and we had four outstanding dinners. It’s small but cozy and clean with lots of cute squares for tea or a drink. Several good museums and roman monuments. Four days is not too long.

The Easter feria is a good time to visit Arles, although food and service can be as low as 'poor'. Plenty of culture from Roman ruins to street bands. Excellent and elegant Museum of Arles. Wonderful street market on Saturdays with high quality goods. Shops, ranging from very high end local produce and clothing, to convenience stores, most open all (public holiday) weekend.

Walking distance to most of the hot spots.
Walking distance to most of the hot spots. Very convenient tourist pass allowing access to most of the attractions. Good food and nice people. Good for families (we travelled with two kids). Highly recommended for a few-day stay.
I always enjoy staying at an Ibis hotel because of its consistency. You know what your room will be like. The receptionist spoke perfect English and was very helpful in showing me the bus routes on the map. Free parking is always a plus in France. The room was very large and although it didn't have all the amenities like shampoo and hand lotion, on the other hand it was very inexpensive and a good place for a quiet overnight stop convenient to public transportation into Arles City center.
An amazing hotel in the perfect location at Arles. We loved every minute of our stay. The room was a generous size for 3 people and the views were perfect. It was amazing to sleep and wake up with the amphitheatre right outside our window. The spa was also a welcome activity and break from exploring the town. The staff were also very lovely and accommodated our requests which made my birthday feel extra special. Wish we could have stayed longer!
This is a quirky hotel based on an old building with all rooms individually themed , we stayed in the Indian room which was nicely done . The pool area is lovely . The staff are friendly and the breakfast a mile but tasty. You would be better with a car if you want to visit Arles. There are cycle tracks to Nimes Arles and Pont du Gard we got the details from the Tourist Office. It is fair to say it is aging but gracefully we enjoyed it
Absolutely brilliant location, so close to the train station and in the middle of Arles. The hotel staff were so helpful, went out of their way to book us a hire car which was superb to drive to caves of light. Guillaume went out of his way to help us visit sites in Arles. We had the best view from our balcony where we played cards. The room was clean and spacious.
Beds are comfy. Breakfast is good, you can boil your own egg, and press your own orange juice… friendly staff. They have some information, folders, maps about the area. I have stayed in this hotel before, and booked it again because because it has a private parking, and it is close to Arles centre, 1,5 km… and they have one tv channel in english, bbc world news…
If you love to be out of town staying in the country but close enough to Arles, this is the place for you.
Has a comfortable breakfast room and you will meet fellow travelers as there are only four rooms.
Eggs are straight from the chickens and there are playful dogs and children. What could be better?
In the heart of the old area in Arles. The room was remodeled, clean, and spacious. The wi-fi was great. They have a pool and an outside bar. They are right across from the famous restaurant that Van Gogh painted. The staff was very friendly and helpful and are available 24/7.
This is a beautiful, old-fashioned little hotel, with very nice and friendly staff, a comfortable room, thick carpets, a restaurant next door, a nice little garden - and staying here feels like staying in a nice and welcoming old house! We loved it.
The location was just outside central Arles, but an easy 50minute walk into the centre through countryside. The hotel was clean with great amenities and a very caring staff - can’t fault in any way. Superbly run and fairly priced.
Quaint, great location. Thoughtful interior decor. Nice patio for socializing. The owners and staff awesome. They say continental breakfast but was so much more. I'd stay again if ever in Arles again.
Excellent family room, perfect location for visiting Arles. Do not forget to reserve your parking at the hotel in good time, otherwise the municipal parking is 7 minutes away and good value.
Small charming hotel un an ancient building on a tranquile square at the same time in the centre of beautiful Arles. Nice room, fine beds. Extremely friendly and helpfull staff.
Apartment terrace at the top of the building provided wonderful overview of historic center of Arles.
Facilities and furnishings were modern and convenient.
Very well located, in the center of the beautiful neighborhood of ancient Arles, close to restaurants, bars, and more...
