My stay at the Swiss Alps Lodge in Kandersteg was an enchanting journey into a world of unparalleled beauty. Despite our late arrival, Ms. Aleksandra orchestrated a seamless check-in, and her thoughtful pre-arrival communication ensured a warm welcome. The rooms offered stunning panoramic views of the alpine landscape, immersing us in the captivating beauty of Kandersteg. The lodgings were impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, blending modern amenities with rustic charm. The fully equipped kitchen made indoor dining a delightful experience. Ms. Aleksandra's flexibility in accommodating a late check-out was greatly appreciated and exemplified the lodge's commitment to guest satisfaction. The presence of a car garage added a layer of convenience, and the check-out process was effortless. For those hesitant about the lodge's novelty, rest assured that this hidden gem offers an unparalleled retreat. Its strategic location allows for easy exploration of nearby attractions. I wholeheartedly give the Swiss Alps Lodge a 5-star rating, as it provided an extraordinary mountain escape surrounded by awe-inspiring alpine vistas.

The apartment is very comfortable: big kitchen with dining area, bathroom with a shower and a very spacious room with king size bed and sitting area, completed by a balcony with an amazing view to a small river that crosses the backyard between the fir trees, with the mountains on the background! All the apartment was fully equipped, we found there everything that we needed, and what we didn't - a socket adapter - the host was kind enough to borrow one to us. Everything was very clean and, believe me, I am very picky and still I found nothing dirty or dusty. The bed sheets and towels also clean and comfortable, as well as the bed and pillows. Kandersteg is a lovely town with plenty of restaurants and shops of all kinds. We traveled by car and from this location we were able to go to Furkapass, Interlaken, Thun and Berna, Brienz and Rothorn, Lauterbrunnen and Wengen, Grindelwald in about 1 hour.

The place was extremely clean and had an amazing view. We had more than we expected. It was by far the best booking we had so far. We definitely recommend! 10/10

It a apartment and close to Kandersteg town. I would stay again but bring foods and drinks. Woodstove was so nice to walk into warm apartment after being in the mountain.

Great location. Parking nearby. Excellent staff. The rooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is small, but very functional. Check in and check out very easy! There's a 2 car EV charger very close to hotel, but it's usually busy.

It’s a very nice Chalet in the town centre. Modern kitchen and spacious rooms. Beautiful nature in the surroundings.
