Pension has been in family for years and they do an excellent job! Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great in charming breakfast room. Location is perfect to walk to city center for dinner and to reach area attractions nearby. Great location overall. Beautiful view of the mountains too.

The wee kitchenette had everything reasonably required. The bed was comfortable, the Luftmalerei ceiling being a cute added touch. Karen looked after us at two dinners at Bellini's - her green peppercorn steak being the best we have ever had.

It had lots of windows we could open and enjoy the views, the patio was a great place to enjoy the morning coffee or evening drink. The apartment was VERY clean, well organized, spacious and just overall wonderful. Walkable to everything in the village. Karin and her husband also own a wonderful Italian restaurant, Bellini, that is walking distance from the apartment. We enjoyed it very much. Truly one of the best italian meals we have ever had.

There in shoulder season so no tourist crowds though some venues not open, like the Karwendalbahn. But the peace and beauty of the Bavarian village all the more palpable.
