The location was amazing, so close to everything which made accessing places really easy. It was also a much bigger space than we envisioned it to be which was a pleasant surprise. The apartment was very nicely presented and had everything one could need in it.

I booked a double room (so used the communal kitchen) and the value for money was superb. The hotel is less than 5 mins walk from a supermarket and tram stop (less than 15 mins tram journey to Halle’s main square) which allows you to be flexible and independent. I would recommend Villa Mathilda to anyone looking for somewhere cheap and convenient, but also very comfortable to stay in Halle.EEmilySolo traveller
