The Apartments are just excellent: - big and cosy, with a lot of light. - apartments have ALL you need: there was even baking paper in the kitchen )) - internet TV is a pleasant bonus - we could choose movies we wanted. - located in a perfect area - in a nice and quite park, you will enjoy the view from the balcony. - you can use parking place (even I could park there!). - very close to the thermals Toscana (1-2min.by walk). - quite close to supermarket. - easy access to the property - electronic key, code is sent on time, no issues. We loved it there! Highly recommended!

Very comfortable beds, an extra living room and a well-equipped kitchen are a plus. Very nice host. I traveled with people 70+ who were very satisfied with their stay in this apartment. This is a gem of an apartment and compared to other places we stayed in Germany it is great value for money (half the cost of an apartment in Nurnberg which was half the size!). The apartments are in a lovely and well restored building where the owners live. The apartment we had was on the first floor and consisted of a well equipped kitchen/dining room, large lounge with balcony, large bedroom (enormous bed) and shower room. It was light and spacious and elegantly furnished but still very comfortable. There are beautiful gardens with sitting out areas to enjoy. Parking is free on the road outside overnight but we left the car in a small parking area just 1 minute away. It was an easy short walk into the town centre or down to the river side. The hosts were very welcoming and informative. Great walking in beautiful forests easily accessible by bus or tram - walking maps available from the tourist information/park centre in town.

Excellent villa!!! Very clean. I would say luxury!!! Everything you need in the modern kitchen. We even found wood for the fireplace and coal for the barbecue. Wonderfull veiw from terrace! I'll try to rent this villa again (but it is rarely available).
