The staff were amazing, particularly Octavian. We were on honeymoon and they went above and beyond to give us an enjoyable stay. The room was immaculate and the food was delicious. Couldn't fault it. Set in the centre of Bath, 700 metres from Bath Abbey, the historic Dukes Bath offers accommodation with free WiFi and a garden. The room I was initially given, the toilet unfortunately wasn't functioning. They then not only moved me but upgraded my room. I absolutely loved the room! The staff, Alex was helpful enough to sort my room out, he was very friendly and approachable. The owner, Carole was very kind as well. All in all, I loved my stay at Dukes! Will definitely recommend this place!

Boasting a garden and a restaurant, Castle Inn is situated in Lydford. Guests can have a drink at the bar. All rooms in the inn are fitted with a flat-screen TV. We booked an overnight stay last minute. Excellent location to visit Lydford Gorge, also the old church and cemetary next door are worthwhile visiting. Very cozy room! We extremely enjoyed being offered fresh milk for the afternoon tea upon arrival and finding a milk bottle in front of our room the next the morning. This was unique for all the places we stayed at. The restaurant offers tables inside and outside, even though strongly recommended we had not reserved a table for dinner, but it was made possible for us to eat at the restaurant. Good quality food! Worth the price.
