One clear thing that stood out during our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff were. We unfortunately had some complications while we were staying there (not related to the hotel), but the hotel management and the staff went to a great extend to help us on the matter, even when it meant they had to take some actions way outside their normal responsibilities.

We loved our stay at the Lilly Apartments. The location was right on the square in the heart of Vouliagmeni within walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants. Thalia was lovely and so helpful, including helping us with some questions for older family coming to the area later in the year. The apartments are like a little community and it's terrific. The Wifi and air conditioning were perfect, and there were a few breakfast items included as well as a "hotel" kit of slippers, toothpaste etc. Everything you need.

Instructions were very clear. I found the key in the keylocker. Eleana was extremely helpful and welcoming, although we did not meet in person. Everything had been taken care of in advance, in every detail. There were complimentary beverages in the mini bar, breakfast kit, beach towels. All super clean and tidy! Stunning 360 view of Vouliagmeni, very close to everything (great Vouliagmeni beach, the famous Vouliagmeni lake, supermarket, all food from upscale restaurants to traditional souvlaki, even a summer open cinema two blocks away!) Overall a fantastic experience, total chillax!

First of all, we were very well welcomed by Yannis and he explained every single detail to us. The house is perfectly equipped. The owner went above & beyond to make our stay very comfortable. The location is amazing, walking distance to the great streets of Glyada. Amazing plus is the restaurant next door “oh mama” that serves extremely delicious food. We will definitely return next year for a longer stay.
