Aesthetically pleasing! Almost everything is readily available and perfect. Homey and comfy. Very clean house, towels feel fresh and fragrant. Surrounding areas secured and safe. Restaurants and groceries nearby. Mark is also very understanding and he responds well to our needs. Thank you so much. Will return next year🙏

The property was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and handwash were all available. The decoration is brilliant with some amusing touches. I won't say any more or I'll ruin the surprise 😉. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with tea, coffee, milk and all appliances you would need. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for excellent instructions for getting the keys and using them. Thanks too for the parking space.

This apartment is brilliant, I travelled with my 2 teenagers , they are was thrilled, cozy,comfortable and perfect location. I would definitely come back there,if I have another apportunity .Communication with host was helpful, when I had questions on parking etc.i would recommend to anybody. A+++

In the perfect location for both Southsea hotspots and Portsmouth staples like GunWharf and the Historic Dockyard, the property suited all of my business and social needs. It feels like The Green House is a hidden away secret find so nervous about reviewing so strongly in case I cannot get in next time!!

Ashbys is by far the best place to stay in the portsmouth area, not only are Steve & Mubi the nicest most accommodating couple you could come across, making visits to Southsea a pleasure, the location of Ashbys for food/Bars and the beach is perfect we have stayed here numerous times now, and will continue to for the foreseeable future I look forward to bringing my friends to experience a long weekend this summer Tom 😃
