Chris and Sinead were incredible hosts and made us feel at home from check-in. The breakfast each morning was something we looked forward to each day. It was restaurant quality (wife asked for a recipe) and the soft background music (personal note here) was spot on. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property is located near a bus stop, so getting around isn’t an issue. Lastly, it’s a 2 minute (max) skip down to the beach. It’s one block away.

It was such a lovely stay! They were so welcoming to us and helped us with absolutely everything. The rooms are very confortable / clean and the breakfast was amazing… espacially the homemade scones and pancakes!! Its very easy to get to the city. The busstop to Edinburgh city is right accros the street and if you rent a car you can park the car easily for free near the house. Thank you so much for everything. We highly recommend this place; 10/10!

It was our first rental. We had our own plates, cutlery, cups and on site we found everything we needed and even more. Very clean, fresh bedding, only one thing: the children complained about the lack of internet, but it was known from the beginning, but they still wanted to stay longer. We highly recommend it.
