The apartment is amazing: everything is new and very clean. Actually, the whole building is beautiful and new. I really liked it. Felt like home! The location is also very nice, very close to the port (where you should go to start many excursions).

Set in Ushuaia and only 4 km from Encerrada Bay, Buenavida Guesthouse offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. We loved Buenavida Guesthouse! The room we had was more like a little apartment with plenty of space. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. We had a fridge in our room and Claudia stocked the room with bread, jam, cereal and milk so that you can have breakfast when you want. There is also a stove/grill in the living room area if you did want to cook. Claudia and her husband were the perfect hosts as they were really helpful, giving us lots of good recommendations for things to do and checking we had what we needed but they were not intrusive. The property is a 15 minute walk into town, however I think the price of the room reflected this, and we didn’t mind the stroll at the end of the day to stay somewhere that was peaceful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
