We didn't expect such a lovely place! It is still new and constructed with finese - has some old & some new features. There is a lift! You can even take a water taxi to its doorstep. The interiors were all quality products used. You get the whole 'home' feel. There's a refrigerator, a dish washer, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, a water kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine (capsule type). The bathroom is big! We took a 2 bedroom apartment and the master bedroom, there's a bath tub - obviously for lovebirds or couples.

Location is absolutely perfect for the genuine Venice experience! From the moment we booked they were extremely responsive and always kept us in the loop. As soon as we got off the water bus Benjamin was waiting for us and was such a gentleman and immediately took my luggage and walked us over to the apartment. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean BUT what really did it for us was the view!!! You open the windows and see the beautiful view of the Grand Canal! We felt like we were in a movie. This is definitely a once in a life experience.

The kitchen was fab and there's even a sea view. We were met by the owner, who was really helpful. The flat was easy to get to from the station by boat.
