During my recent trip to Berlin, I had the opportunity to stay in this apartment that turned out to be the best accommodation I've experienced in the city so far. The cozy apartment had a lot of natural light and a modern interior design that made me feel right at home, Another aspect that impressed me was the apartment's cleanliness and well-equipped kitchen. It was a nice place to return to after a day of exploring the city. The apartment's location was excellent, just a short 4-minute walk from the Tram station. This made it easy for us to get around the city and was a relief not to have to deal with long commutes or complicated transportation routes. Despite being close to the city center, the area around the apartment was surprisingly quiet. One of the highlights of our stay was the hospitality of the host. He provided us with great recommendations for local places to visit, eat, and explore. Thanks to his insights, we discovered hidden gems in the city that we wouldn't have found on our own.

Vilkas liikenne mutta äänieristys toimi ja oli hiljaista nukkua. Asunto oli tosi siisti ja erittäin tilava 2 aik + 3 teiniä, kaikille löytyi myös omaa rauhaa. Pyykinpesukone oli huoneistossa käytössä, omat pesuaineet mukaan. Kävimme ruokakaupassa Mall of Berliinissä (Adeka).

Sijainti rauhallisen kadun varrella, mutta melko lähellä S-bahn ja raitiovaunupysäkkejä (n. 500 m). Lähistöllä kivoja kahviloita ja lapsille leikkipuistoja. Asuntoon sai vauvasängyn ja syöttötuolin. Rattailla oli helppo tulla kadulta sisälle ja ne mahtuivat asunnon eteiseen.

Siellä olisi ollut kaikki mahdolliset pesukoneet + silitysrauta. (En tosin tiedä, missä pyykit olisi voinut kuivata. ) Keittiönurkkauksesta löytyi myös tarpeelliset välineet, pesuaineineen. Kahvin ja vedenkeitin, teet ja kahvikapselit myös. Kolme alimmaista kerrosta oli hotellin, ylempänä asuinhuoneistoja. Metroasema, kahvila, alkoholiputiikki ja sushiravintola löytyi samasta rakennuksesta katutasolta.Kirsi-MarjaRyhmä

Alakerrassa pieni kauppa sekä ravintola. Huoneiston vuokralaiselta sai apua tarvittaessa. Meille oli varattu isompi huoneisto, mutta saimme viestin saapumispäivänä, että huoneistossa viemärivahinko. Tilalle saimme kuitenkin kaksi huonetta, josta toinen kattohuoneisto. Kattohuoneistossa pystyimme hyvin viettämään aikaa yhdessä vaikka huoneita oli kaksi (7 henkeä).
