Genting Hotel is located within Resorts World Birmingham and is next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station. Every single staff member was exceptional, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect from the moment we arrived to the moment we left very friendly and helpful. The casino was great, not too big or overwhelming. My family and I like to play a few games but nothing too crazy, we were welcomed and we didn't feel out of place at all. The spa was incredibly clean and again the staff were excellent. I did the dry floatation treatment which was very relaxing and then we used the rest of the facilities which were great. The restaurant on the fifth floor Sky by The Water was where we had breakfast every day and on our first night we had an excellent meal there. We also had a pre-dinner drink in their secret garden pods which was lovely and a bit different. All in all an excellent stay!
