Shuttle was easy to find at Gate 9 upon leaving Terminal-1 of PVG. Checkin process was smooth. Room is stacked with everything one needs. The hotel is literally 5 mins drive back by shuttle to the airport.

Great location just next to Pudong airport and the breakfast had a great variety of choice. Rooms was comfortable with a nice bed and it was quiet to have a good sleep.

Couldn't have been much more comfortable or convenient. My only regret is that I didn't wake up early enough to really enjoy the extensive breakfast on offer before I had to leave for the airport. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Providing free shuttle service to Pudong International Airport and Disneyland, New Knight Royal Hotel is only a 15-minute drive from Pudong International Airport. Everything was great and the staff is helpful. The room is Huge! They have free transfer, but I was waiting for an hour (if you’re familiar with China, just order Didi better)

WiFi i privatni parking mogu besplatno da se koriste. - It has washing machines, drying machines and ironing for free!!! - The gym is two doors away so you can workout while waiting for your clothes to be ready. Toilets are also there. Very tidy! - For those who couldn’t eat breakfast because we have to fly very early they gave us take away!!! - The staff replied quickly when I made a question after I made the reservation. - The staff was really helpful with all the questions I had face to face. Very kind! - I got told to mention staff ID 205206 if I was pleased with the service so there it goes~ - The corridor had great illumination. My dad didn’t like my previous hotel because it felt like a haunted hotel hehe. - Shuttle service!!

The staff was super friendly and helped us out a lot with various requests! Also, all the tiny things were surprisingly good, for example the toothbrushes were high quality wich is rare for a hotel.
