The staff are great and they thoroughly clean the room, fresh towels daily, breakfast brought for you the evening before. The TV room is super cute and cosy at night. Loved our stay! Oh and the bed is the best I've ever slept in. One of my favourite places I've stayed. They also have great facilities such as a blender in the kitchen, little coffee machine and they bring tea and coffee for you to make. Great stay, we even extended our trip there!!!

The room was confortable and the shower had good pressure and warm water. The dock and the balcony (2 of the rooms) are perfect spots to relax and enjoy the lagoon. We went to explore a cenote with their kayaks. Eduardo was super friendly and responsive. He helped us with restaurants recommendations, taxi reservations and boat tour booking.

I cannot recommend this accommodation and Andrea highly enough.
