I lost my heart in this Hotel. Clean Rooms! Personal ist very very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was really nice and too have many choices. Woman from Restaurants Betül was very very friendly. Guys from Rezeption are very helpful for all. It was a great time. Definitely we go back soon❤️

Staying at the Sultan Suleyman Palace Hotel was an amazing experience! Although the hotel is affordable, the service provided is nothing short of 5-star quality. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They provided free breakfast, night dessert, wine, juice and water!!! 😍 I’m especially grateful for Yakup’s help. 🙏 The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I especially loved the comfortable bedding and the luxurious bathroom. The location is also very tourist-friendly. Overall, I highly recommend the Sultan Suleyman Palace Hotel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay without compromising on quality.

Welcoming and hospitable staff at reception. In the lobby while waiting you can spend time with a glass of water or tea and a biscuit, there is always fruit. The staff is ready to help in almost any situation - soup in the room for children, ice for a hospital patient. Very good breakfast. It is impossible to leave hungry. It is nice and tasty to have lunch in the hotel restaurant.
