Really satisfied! The welcome, especially to our dog was exceptional. Cozy and a good spa area with a hot tub and a good supermarket across the road and parking- especially for the price - amazing! And they take cards which is convenient.

Location was perfect, not far away from the ski center (ski slopes). Parking on site was free. Great SPA facility, with very easy access. SPA was part of same building, and was very well equipped, and very well heated. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and attended to every need of ours.

Personal foarte amabil, in camera fost curat, podeaua in baie si in camera a fost cu încălzire. Am avut necesitatea sa repar ceva, personal hotelului a fost foarte amabil, ma ajutat sa repar acel lucru gratis. Si am fost plăcut surprins de acest lucru 😊 Micul dejun de dimineață mereu era foarte gustoas. Transferul la pîrtie gratis. In ziua cind am plecat personalul ne-a oferit niste tartine foarte gustoase și apă ca sa avem in drum spre casa. Chiar daca pe harta pare pare departe, in mediul trebuie 15 minute ca sa ajungi la pîrtie.

Everything was beyond my expectations! First of all, staff is amazing, making the trip all the more pleasant. We were offered and stayed in bigger room which was very spacious with comfortable beds as the only thing one needs after a long day on the snow. Food was also delicious, with a variety of different dishes to choose from. And the location is perfect- peaceful area close to gondola.
