This is an exceptional hotel in the grand/grotesque Las Vegas/Macau style. The two huge lobbies at either wing of the hotel feel like Bollywood sets! Inside is the smokey, busy casino, around it luxury shops. The rooms of very high tech, with an Ipad to control everything. We had a lovely view of Manila Bay (albeit over the bathtub). The bathroom is incredibly luxuriousness and the room itself cozy. Best of all though was the service.The concierge deserves special mention as they were very helpful solve a flight seat reservation problem - particular thanks are due to Rolhold, DV, Julian, and Kiefer.

All perfect! The staff was so kind that I had probably never encountered before. Cleaning ok! Large room equipped with all comforts! Abundant breakfast full of choice from sweet to savory! Great location! Possibility to leave your luggage in case of need! If I ever go back to Manila, I will definitely come back here!

The host was very responsive and thoughtful. From the complimentary coffee (my first time to rent a unit that offered coffee grounds and french press so I was happy I did not have to worry about my morning black coffee fix), tea, bottled water and cup noodles to toiletries and room slippers. The host obviously thought of the small things and it mattered. Even when the digital lock's battery almost discharged, she made sure it was changed before I went out. The unit is clean and comfortable. Property staff were helpful and polite. Malls, restos, supermarkets, banks are nearby.
