Absolutely loved every minute of my stay at Chalet Queen! The property is very nice, comfortable and clean rooms. The staff is warm and friendly with great recommendations for things to do around. The restaurant within was great too, the chef and staff made sure I tried traditional regional dishes and I loved them! Highly recommend Chalet Queen for staying in Canazei, and to travel around Dolomites.

It was truly amazing, beyond words. I wish i could find words to describe how awesome this was. I travel to all high-end luxury hotels across the globe but this one is definitely one of my favorites. Right in centre of the city and the train station. It has beautiful rooftops from where you can see the city the amazing mountains around and a lot of stars ✨

The rooms were comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly. Great showers, too! One of the highlights was certainly the amazing breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again.

Let's start from the beginning, We arrived the Hotel with our vehicle trying to figure out where to park, the employees greeted us with smile and helped us, check in + out quickly and they explained us how's everything works and how to navigate around, they answered with please to any questions we had. The room was amazing! the bed and sheets and shower was big, wide and SUPER clean. Each day the they take care to clean. At the morning a RICH breakfast served us and that is important to eat such a meal, I really recommend everyone to go there
