Do not understand the 3 star rating at all because this is an amazing resort in an amazing location. The view from our room was the Matterhorn which was spectacular to look at everyday. Breakfast was great too. More continental though. Enough to sustain us for morning activities. The staff was absolutely pleasant and polite. Very helpful and polite. Will definitely stay here again.

El Testa Grigia fue reformado por completo en 2010 y dispone de habitaciones elegantes con balcón, cafetera y conexión Wi-Fi gratuita. Hotel Garni Testa Grigia is in an excellent location on the main street of Zermatt, less than 5 minutes walking from the train station. Check in was smooth and the receptionists at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was small as was to be expected for a single room but modern (better looking thant the photos) and had everything I needed. Value was very good for Zermatt, even the breakfast was included.

Este hotel histórico fue construido en la década de 1890 y es uno de los primeros hoteles de Lauterbrunnen. the view is really a great mood lifter. really like the picnic room where we could use to refill water or keep stuff in the mini fridge. the seating areas near the breakfast room were v cozy too! the staff at the reception were really really nice and warm in answering our concerns and helping us to find the connecting trains to our next stop! really want to thank them once again!!

El lugar es hermoso, con unas vistas inigualables, todo el personal es muy amable, el servicio que dan de recogerlo en la estación de tren es excelente. Hasta el momento es el mejor hotel donde he estado hospedada en Suiza. No nos queríamos ir. El desayuno es delicioso y variado.

The best hostel, the best breakfast. It was completed and you can eat as many times as you want. They have excellent coffee machines and offer you free teas the rest of the day, as the towels, that you can change it each day. The personal was really kind.
