The location is excellent... opp is the Dostyk mall and plaza where you can find plenty of restaurants.. no need to eat in the hotel restaurant VERDE... the suite is very night and comfortable... soft bed and pillows.. Ms. Anel is very nice and polite and helpful to assist with the yandex, tourist spots, and many more... KokTobe is 15 min away by walk and many restaurants nearby.... I would recommend this hotel for the location...

Nice restaurant! Very nice food for a good price. The stuff was helpful and friendly. Recommend massage from Jevgenija- just what you meed after a hard working day. The rooms are clean an warm- you can regulate the temperature in the room.

Very scenic and excellent facilities for family. We really enjoyed the outdoor and indoor activities and pool facilities. Even there were so many things to explore. Staff were really helpful especially Dilnaz.

I had a fantastic stay at Zhibek Zholy Guest House in Almaty! The room was impeccably clean, and its convenient location near malls and restaurants made exploring the city a breeze. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The location was breathtaking the view of mountains and snow fall was extremely amazing. The staff are very polite as there were stair to reach the room I requested for help and they helped us with open arms. The reception will give you a card with her watsapp number so you have any questions you can text her .. breakfast was in house..we requested for deluxe room with sauna in the room the bathrooms were spacious and living room have massive sofa cum bed with bed sheets and extra towels stored in the closets . Room is equipped with heaters and A/C and bathrooms floors are heated aswel. Room service charge 5000 tengee ( I would suggest call for a taxi and go downstairs there are cafes next to medeu cable car station ) If you are checking out early eg. 6am ( there are not yandex taxi available at the location) WhatsApp the reception and book for a cab, but after 10am you can book for a yandex taxi for airport. They also have a qazaq traditional restaurant at the hotel for a qazaq food experience we tried one night before and it was amazing. The place offers hiking also shymbulak skiing resort. We stayed in city for 5days and also wanted to experience stay in mountains for 2nights believe me its bit pricey but the view heals your inner peace. I would 100% recommend this place.
