We were staying in a refurbished room: the bathroom was very modern, the rest of the room too, very functional with power outlets, USB plugs to charge devices etc. Nice view to Tronador mountain. The breakfast is a wonderful experience. The offer is endless and the food of very high quality. The staff from reception to spa, from Marina to restaurant were very well-trained, helpful, kind and professional. The restaurants offer top-notch food too. There was a small problem with the shower drain and they fixed it within 10 minutes.

The beautiful artistry that makes this hostel stand out amongst the other buildings on the street is only the tip of the iceberg. Here the staff consists of some of the most beautiful people, inside and out, that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Their immediate warmth welcomes you into this familial hostel and makes you feel right at home. Be careful not to let yourself become too intoxicated by their friendliness because you might never want to leave. Los quiero un montón.

The staff here are 10/10. They work so hard and do everything. We are so glad we stayed here because of them. Shout-out to Lu for letting me burn the ear off her 😂 But can't forget the others, Ayelen, Tomas & Romina, such a great crew! The room was also lovely, it had everything we could've needed - comfortable and warm, TV with Netflix, great bathroom with a hot shower and overall exceptionally clean. The breakfast was really tasty and filling, greatest part were the scrambled eggs 😋. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.
