They even have puzzle game in your room for killing time. Food 11/10 : Both dinner and breakfast is superb. Facility 11/10 : The real onsen hotel. The highlight of the stay is in the hot spring bath. If you don't want to join the public bath, the private onsen can also be rent for a family or couple to have good time together. Hot spring footbath on the roof top is incredible. Lobby also got leisure area where you can enjoy complementary drink. Lobby got wine testing machine. (Buy prepaid card at the reception) Location 10/10 : The location is pretty comfortable with plenty of shop and convenient store in walking distance. Also near carpark.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. Great traditional Japanese style tatami room. It was clean, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The staff were great, and the food was amazing. Private outdoor bath was an amazing experience. 10/10 will return one day

Booked this place for our 10 year anniversary. The reviews couldn't have been more fitting. One of the best places we stayed on our trip to Japan. If you don't mind spending a bit of time to get here you will not be disappointed. Fantastic food, amazing accommodation, and the friendliest staff you could imagine. Not all the staff spoke English, but you could easily communicate with Google translate. There are bicycles available to use free of charge, and you can ride around to a nearby lake to get a fantastic view of Mt Fuji. Thank you to the team for making our 10 year anniversary one to never forget. A special way to end our trip to Japan.

Nastanitev Ryokan Fuji Heights se nahaja v mestu Fujikawaguchiko, 1,5 km od znamenitosti jezero Kawaguchi in 3,6 km od znamenitosti zabaviščni park Fuji-Q Highland, ter ponuja možnost peke na žaru,... The host was incredibly sweet and accommodating, with lots of knowledge of the local area, including the best spots to take photos of Fuji. He gave us complimentary tea/coffee and snacks in our room, and kindly offered to drive us to the station after we checked out. Traditional atmospheric ryokan (room had a cozy kotatsu).

Yoshi, was the best host who went out of his way with his pleasing smile to take care of my mother and me. We had trouble hiring a car and he actually drive us to the car rentals and tried to help us.

Nastanitev Kamikochi Nishi-itoya Mountain lodge se nahaja v mestu Matsumoto in ponuja vrt, skupni prostor za druženje ter teraso, na voljo pa je tudi brezplačen WiFi v celotni nastanitvi. It's a beautiful ryokan. We got a room facing the river. The view from the balcony was totally chill n relaxing! Love it. I would stay here again for the view.

Located just a minute's walk from Kawaguchiko Lake, Kawaguchiko Lakeside Hotel offers accommodation in Fujikawaguchiko, near Kawaguchiko Ohashi Bridge. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our Japanese style room was large, super clean and with a view to Mt Fuji. The beds were made on the floor, cosy and surprisingly comfortable. The onsen was nice and the amenities smelled wonderfully. The breakfast was like a small Japanese banquet everyday! Everything was delicious! The best of all was the staff, always happy to help and glad to see us. We highly recommend this hotel for a true Japanese experience!

Located in the historical Shibu Onsen district, 渋温泉小石屋旅館 offers both private and dormitory-style guest rooms as well as an on-site restaurant where local dishes, wines and craft beers are available. Great location at the heart of ryokan alley, very hospitable hosts that can shuttle you from the Yudanaka Station to their place free of charge (prior reservation needed), nice cozy restaurant with kotatsu (very relevant when it is cold), comfortable ryokan with lots of space and a gas heater. The host was shinning and always smiling, it gave us good mood for two days. Also she helped us out with the reservation for the onsen and gave us a ride to that place and brought us back in an hour. Shibu Onsen Koishiya Ryokan are the best and we will definitely stay here if we ever come back to Japan again. ps we also left some chocolate from our country and asked them to pin it on their big wall in their cafe. we hope you liked the chocolate!

Offering a terrace and hot spring bath, Maruyama Onsen Kojyokan is situated in Minami Uonuma, 2 km from Maiko Snow Resort. Free private parking is available on site. The onsen and private onsen was so amazing and magical. Also the view from my room was amazing because it was snowing and everything about this property was magical.
