Very clean, and size of the rooms were good. Only 2-3 min walking to the Sirkeci tram, and 1 min from Marmaray Sirkeci station. Some have written that the sound of the adhan was too loud, which I didnt think when we were staying there. As a muslim I was so happy for it and the imams voice was amazing.

Empress Zoe was in a perfect location for us and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The WiFi was excellent through out the hotel including roof terrace. Breakfast, buffet style, was gorgeous. Thank you Empress Zoe staff.

The staff! We really appricitae how kind and helpful all the staff here. The staff was the highlight. The food at breakfast was also great, you should try their coffee and sit beside the window at their rooftop restraurant, you can enjoy the city view and galata tower.

Hotel's staffs so kind and very helpful. The location is in central of Taksim, very convinient for shopping, eats, club and all transportation. I would definitely come vack again.

We were greeted by very friendly & accommodating staff. We were pleasantly surprised to learn we’d been upgraded to a corner suite at no extra charge we made our stay even better! We did not take advantage of the breakfast but while we waited for a hotel coordinated airport transportation we were offered & gladly accepted a complimentary americano & bottled water. Great recommendations for food was provided & staff went the extra mile on more than one occasion.

Very nice, cozy and modern hotel in the center of Sultanhamed. The location is perfect, tram station 3 minutes by walk. A Lot of main attractions like Hagia Sophia, Topkapi palace, Grand bazaar, Spice bazaar…in walking distance. Also supermarkets, drug stores or restaurants everywhere near by. Very comfortable bed and in general everything very well equiped and cleaned every day. We had a room on the top floor, which has a small balcony with the sea view and sunset. Breakfast was fabulous, even my wife which has celiac disease had gluten free bread every day. Totally reccomend and will come back for sure🙂

The whole place looks like perfect for the great feel it has and the great staff who run the show!!! It started from the first moment of arrival to the last minute upon departure. Tuncay at the reception was exceptional and had a great approach, Oğulcan is amazing, have to say that the 3 ladies at the breakfast area are wonderful Zehra, Birgül and Ayṣe made it to the point always answering my expectations 🤗🤗🇹🇷🇹🇷🙏🙏

This hotel is a hidden gem within the downtown area since its located in a prime location and its an old building nicely restored and probably has 35 - 45 rooms so not at all congested. All main attractions are within 800m or less (walking distance of 10 -15 mins) as well as close to public transport and close to sea side. The King suites are the ones to choose with families as it offers 2 rooms and 2 washrooms with all the amenities. Highly recommended for families specially with kids as you can find ample food options within 5-8 mins of walking distance.
