Everything was exceptional. the staff were most welcoming and helpful, my room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was fresh with healthy options. It was centrally located and easy to locate St Marks Square and other key locations. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe.

Ett bra hotell där personalen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Rummet var stort och bra och Frukosten var god och hade lagom mycket att välja på. Hotellet ligger bredvid kanalen och de ställde ut små bord med stolar på eftermiddagen så man kunde ta en kaffe / drink/lättare att äta . Hotellet ligger bra till för att ta sig till fots överallt i Venedig och hållplatsen för båten ligger bara 2 minuters gång från hotellet. Rekomenderar varmt detta hotell

Great service throughout the stay, staff is more than helpful and what great room we had. We really loved this place and be sure to take a gondola ride from the small pier of the hotel. Hopefully we can return there once...

The hotel is exceptional, we loved it! It was clean, well appointed and the staff, especially Roxana on Reception, very friendly and helpful. You feel as if you are in a 5-star hotel. It is well located, within walking distance (over a few bridges) from the train station, which is ideal, because you check-in and are then luggage-free to explore Venice. Although the breakfast room isn't very big, in good weather you have the option of sitting out in their beautiful garden to eat, which was wonderful. The staff couldn't be more attentive, they were all excellent. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable and the room clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s accessible by boat. Need to walk quite a far bit to the town center however it allows you to explore the city of Venice! Heading to airport is also easy accessible by water boat

Rosa, Anna and Michelle was very helpful, Rosa guided us to Murano and also the St Marks Square, Anna made the most amazing croissants, I would stay there again

This property is beautiful, it has so many gorgeous details. Breakfast was exquisite. Staff is friendly and always welcoming. Location is very convenient, close to train station. Big ned and big bad for Venice standards.
