מקום נפלא וקסום, בעלת המקום אישה מדהימה ומיוחדת שמשדרת למקום אווירה משפחתית וכייפית, הזוג שמנהל בפועל את המקום, עושים זאת באהבה ובנתינה אין סופית, קבלת הפנים והיחס הוא משפחתי, החדרים נקיים ומסודרים, ארוחות הבוקר מגוונות ונפלאות בניצוחה של מנהלת המקום, הצמחייה והדשאים ירוקים ומצוחצחים בניהול בעלה של מנהלת המקום, הבריכה נקייה ונעימה, יש מלא כיסאות ואפשרות לנפוש ולנוח. המקום קרוב מאוד לקסטליונה דלה פסקאיה עיירת חוף נחמדה, שיש בה חופים קסומים, מרינה נפלאה, מסעדות נחמדות וחנויות מגוונות כולל סופרים לקניית מצרכים. החווה נמצאת באזור קסום ומיוחד שהיה לנו כייף ותשוקה לחזור בסוף יום של טיולים מגוונים בעיירות ובאתרים סמוכים. אנחנו משוכנעים שאם נטייל באזור שוב, בטוח שנחזור ללון ב Agriturismo La Luciana

The rooms and grounds have lots of interesting features. The pool is a good size and well kept. Everywhere is clean and tidy. This is one of the best agriturismo we have stayed at for room quality and pleasant surroundings. The rooms have facilities to make hot drinks and some have a kitchen area. There is also a vending machine for hot drinks including Lavazza coffee. There is a free water vending tap dispensing ambient, chilled and fizzy water into reusable glass bottles. There is plenty of free parking in a screened area. The owners and staff were very helpful.

Apartments are very spacious and well equipped. We got one with two terraces with view ate the sea. Swimming pool was large and clean. Garden is very well maintained. Beach is close so there was no need to take the car. Parking was big and in shade.

Ideal situation with easy access to town and beach.Very clean great staff perfect location. Taxi from Grosseto station in region of 60 Euro.

The host Erika was extremely helpful and continuously ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The hotel is very central to the beach and the town. I would recommend Hotel Kinda for a holiday. Thanks Erika for everything and hope to see you again soon. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough.
