Hotel room bathroom had mold all along the ceiling. Carpet in room was not cleaned. Dead bugs all along windowsill.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Night staff was friendly.

Quiet, clean and friendly. Disappointed that the hot tub was not available, and apparently never will be. Pool was great, though.

Staff was super friendly, location was exactly what we were looking for and other guests were very welcoming also.

Basic continental breakfast. A good variety of options that should satisfy most guests.

The toilet seat was not on securely. The sink faucet did not reach out over the sink far enough making washing hands difficult.

The staff were helpful and responsive. The pool area looked clean. The sheets were clean and the AC worked.

The toilet seat was broken. The towels were poor quality and the price rather high but it was EAA convention week.

Good location for EAA Oshkosh. Easy to get to. It was available.

the pool was cold. the only “hot” item (besides possibly the instant oatmeal and toasted bread/bagel) was the biscuits and gravy. the biscuits were put out cold (so I would have to toast or microwave them-and they tasted stale. the gravy was thick and bland. i couldn’t even eat the whole thing. the hard boiled eggs were a little rubbery. very unimpressed. the coffee was good though.

good location, easy to find. the place was clean and the pool and hot tub were operational. a surprise for us they took pets which we wound up needing to take our dog last minute. i didn’t see or hear any other animals. the on staff was very nice, there was a new lady training and they both were very friendly. the room was typical and ac operational as well.

As mentioned above, could have used a guest laundry facility - these seem to be standard in most motels these days.

Location was good right on the main road between Ripon and Green Lake. Breakfast was average and I wish the facility would have had a guest laundry so we would not have had to visit a local laundromat.

The hot tub was too hot to use...should be 100 degrees max, but was at 120. We asked the desk worker who said she would contact maintenance. No maintenance person arrived. This was really disappointing as it was one facility we were very much looking forward to using. Also, the mini fridge was set way too cold. All the items we put in it were frozen in the morning.

The room and breakfast were satisfactory. The shower was good and the bathroom was clean, but small. The employees we encountered we all very pleasant.

The shower was disappointing. The water built up in the tub while showering. Also half the water came out of the tub spout and the other half came out of the shower head. The hot tub was warm but not hot.

The breakfast was awesome. The room was nice. It was clean.

Needed thorough cleaning. Bathroom sink drain bad and left crud from inside pipe. Bed much too hard.

Basic cereal, bagels, etc ok. Powdered eggs and plastic bacon terrible.

Bath in the room was broken, hot tub in the main space was broken. At breakfast, they were out of milk and coffee; Waffle maker was broken. The staff was unprofessional and seemed confused - had their phone open and looking at it the whole time we were trying to check in. Definitely not worth what we paid. Will not return.

The location was fine. Free parking.

The bed was terrible and uncomfortable. Never had maid service entire stay. Had to ask for a blanket and towels. The bath towels were small and not very effective for drying off.
