We loved the hotel. It was easy traveling with the tram and great city view from the room. We really appreciated Mohammed. He made our stay so comfortable and explained everything to us. We could ask him anything and he was so helpful and accommodating. We will definitely come back to ava boutique and will recommend each and everyone we know to ava boutique hotel. We just very greatfull for meeting Mohammed if it wasn't for him we wouldv been so lost. But he made our holiday stay easy. Shukraan to him!

I booked my room relying on pictures of the room the hotel provided, but in reality it wasn’t a real room, they said “it was a summary of a few rooms), but i booked this apartment for meeting up with my family and it was very important to have a kitchen on the first floor and balcony on the second. Ones we arrived they said it’s already someone in that apartment and they gave us an apartment with a kitchen upstairs ( and we have 17 months old, it was a danger for us to stay). We complained and next day was given 2 different apartment to stay. In one of those a a dishwasher was broken and they new about it (didn’t say until we found out ourself), a kitchen had just a few pots and some of them has a huge build up from previous users).

That every apartment has a kitchen. The view, big windows, comfortable beds.

The street is quite busy, if you don’t close the window, might be noisy from the traffic. Because of the same reason, the air around is not so clean. We were missing some small items, such as trash bags or 1-2 tabs for a dishwasher, some kitchen towel (had to buy at the supermarket a whole packages even though we needed only a few). This is not a complaining about the hotel, rather a suggestion for the future upgrades:)

We had an excellent experience with this hotel. It was a family trip for 4 days (3 adults and 1 child). The staff was super polite, helpful, professional. Greetings to Muhammed, he is the best! Location is good, a direct tram to the old city, supermarket nearby, 3 minutes to the playground and cafe, good connection by buses to different sides of Istanbul. Around 1 hour 20 to the IST airport by public transport (with 3 different trains). Rooms were clean, comfortable, cozy. Kitchen was equipped, everything worked well. Highly recommended for families and groups 😊

We got there at midnight and there was only one person, probably a guard or janitor(?) who checked us in. Spoke no English, very difficult to communicate, took us to 2 rooms before we found ours, also was not able to provide us with the WIFI password

The reception desk asked for a deposit even after the payment for the room was done and insisted that it is the norm which I know is not. I found that attitude very strange and uncomfortable.

We went in July, so we had to leave the ac on the full day as there is no ac in the rooms only one in the hall. But with the ac on the full day when we returned the full apartment was ice cold. So that was not a big issue.

It's right next to the bus stop so you can hop on and go anywhere. Vialand and Miniaturk 10 mins, 26 mins main destinations only for 10 lira. Bang opposite starbucks. Use Uber and go to a huge mall just 15 mins away... Great place to stay

It is one of the best and cleanest accommodations in Istanbul, which I enjoyed a lot. Downstairs has a restaurant with excellent food. Everywhere is clean and coordinated management.. I recommend this place to all my friends

We chose this place because it is described as a self catering apartment. but though it has a cooker and microwave, there is very little else to help prepare food, there were no cups for example, we had to go out and buy our own, virtually no pots and pans, very little crockery. Somebody spent a lot of money decorating the place but didn't think at all about cooking
