The pillows are not good, please change it, it must be renewed. Also, the toilet doesn't flash normally, I had to fight to flash my poo out every time. In our room it seems the heater regulator didn't work, it was hot for me and I could not make it less, had to sleep with an open window.

Location is great in the center, the room was comfortable, warm, the bathroom is big with hot water, good shower, in the room there is tv, fridge, big mirror.

The apartment for 3 persons was almost perfect, but to climb up to the room with the single bad (3rd floor) wasn't easy for my old mother (somebody always had to help her on the narrow stairs). In the apartment I had problem only with the shower cabin, becouse it's floor was too high... to go in was a little bit acrobatic...

Central location. Safe and free parking. Friendly receptionist. Tasty, great breakfast. Super comfortable beds.

Everything was good but the only thing that bothered me was the rooms didn’t have sound insulation. You can hear everything from next room (such as snoring) and this can be very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was not available before 7,30. Man must choose only one type of breakfast. There was not any milk to tea of coffee - only small milk from a shop.

Front desk was not staffed at the usual check-in time at 14:00 and the front door was locked. Apparently the hotel had tried to call me but my phone was not on. No breakfast service.

Ideal location, just off the main city square. From the balcony, one has a nice view down a hill on the side of the city.

The hotel is well-situated with parking out back. The room is clean and quite cozy.

Nice, clean room. Everything neatly prepared upon arrival. The accommodation is literally few steps away from the main square. Wi-Fi works well. Flexible staff, let us keep our luggage at reception after check-out.

Location is beyond perfect. So central you can't get it better. They can arrange a pick up from airport too for you. Super friendly and easy going owner of the place. I loved the stay and will book again on my next trip! 100% recommended!

I had a room facing street & the weekend late nite noise level from outdoor Irish Pub customers nearby kept me awake. Their posting asking Irish Pub customers to reduce noise after 10:00 clearly ineffective.

The furniture, the carpet and the sink were rather old and ragged. The room is dark, with only one small window. The walls are too thin, we heard every single word spoken by the next door guests. They smoked all the time, we found a fulffilled ashtray on our windowsill every morning. Smelled like hell.

Good location, the main door opens directly from the Hlavná ulica. Close to the best bars and cafés and the beautiful St Nicholas cathedral. The room, the bathroom and the towels were perfectly clean.
