The property was very spacious and comfortable for 6 adults and a small baby, beautifully set up for us on arrival. Lovely pool area and peaceful setting by the golf course. But not far to drive to supermarkets, beaches and marina.

Nothing we would definitely visit again Kirsty and her husband were fantastic.

This is a beautiful property for a big family. Great bedrooms. Great living spaces and outstanding outside space to relax and socialise. The welcome package and little welcome packs and water in the room was a lovely touch.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like…. The only thing would be to change the single beds to a super king size bed as my son is very tall and would have happily shared with his friend in a bigger bed as found the singles too small (he’s very tall) but that is a very picky observation as the villa is fantastic with everything there that is needed.

The lovely owner Kirsty has been in constant contact with me since booking the villa and arranged to meet us all there even though we didn’t arrive until nearly midnight. She was so friendly and welcoming and showed us quickly around the villa knowing we were tired and kept in contact and happy to help throughout our stay.

Wow! Where do I start?! What an incredible week we had here. Kirsty and Joao were so helpful and accommodating from the moment we booked, with recommendations for places to eat, things to do, general advice and arranged our taxis to/from the airport. When we arrived, the Villa was stunning, clean, extremely spacious and simply took our breath away. It was certainly the relaxing trip we were after. Kirsty and Joao’s hospitality didn’t end there. After a tour of the villa, equipped with literally everything you could possibly need, (they think of everything!) Kirsty took us to the supermarket! (Talk about above and beyond!). A special thanks to Joao too for his patience rescuing our little boys toys every morning from the pool! Fantastic week, thank you so much for making us all feel welcome! We will see you again soon!

Amazing Villa, Kirsty and her husband couldn’t have been better hosts. Honestly the best Villa stay that my family and I have ever had. They were super helpful and accommodating on everything that we asked. The little details in the Villa were also a lovely surprise, they think of everything e.g even kitchen foil and cling film are supplied!

Fabulous Villa, pool and private gardens with fantastic hosts English speaking Kirsty and Joao. Great views over the adjacent Pinhal golf course and perfectly located in an exclusive quiet cul de sac. This villa definitely has the wow factor and this is our second stay there in successive years. The hosts couldn't do enough for us. We'll be back.

Fabulous villa in a fabulous quiet location. The hosts Kirsty and Joao were wonderful to deal with and catered for our every need. Local to all amenities and a short (cheap) Uber ride to the town centre and Marina. The rear garden overlooks Pinhal golf course and has a great pool and poolside facilities all provided. Have just booked again next year - can't wait!

There was nothing that we as a family were not happy with.

The Villa was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was great. Feel that should have hired a car but thank god for Uber. All the necessities were there from dishwasher tablets to shower gel a great addition and very thoughtful of the hosts. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning at some point. Thank you for a great stay.

The villa was incredibly spacious and clean. The pool was excellent and regularly cleaned. Pool inflatables and water pistols were a big hit with our two year old. High spec air con in all rooms and smart Tv including Netflix. Fantastic gas BBQ to cook food from supermarket which is just a 15 min walk away. Ubers readily available to return from supermarket or get to villamoura marina. Hosts were great and very helpful including recommending an outstanding restaurant. Deposit paid back before I was even off the plane. Kirsty kindly posted an item that we had somehow left behind.

Everything, can’t fault one single thing, it was perfection.. We hired a van as there was 7 of us. 10 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the port, where we went for dinner every night. It was immaculate throughout, all the bedrooms were fabulous, from the decor to the unbelievable comfy beds and the air conditioning.

The Villa was absolutely amazing, best place we’ve ever stayed in…None of us wanted to come home!

There is absolutely nothing I didn't like .

The whole experience staying at Magellan House was amazing, there is nothing I could fault . Kirsty and Joao were fantastic hosts they absolutely thought of everything you could want on a villa holiday, they really went out off their way to make it a perfect holiday . The villa is amazing, the pool was a good size,great location, quiet and peaceful. Its about a 25min walk to the marina. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone 100% .

Magellan House is probably the best villa we have ever stayed in and the owners Kirsty and Joao made the holiday so special . Kirsty put welcome baskets of toiletries in all 4 bedrooms (which are all en-suite) even Kids Shampoo for our grandchildren . The kitchen was so well equipped including all the tea , coffee ,cleaning materials , washing up pods ,dishwasher tablets and bottled water the list is endless plus a large entrance hall , massive lounge area with TV including Netflix, separate utility room and double garage . The property was immaculate , very stylish decor and we enjoyed the substantial outdoor space with large pool which even included inflatables , which again the kids loved ! It’s around a 40 minute walk into Vilamoura Marina and there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes drive away . The villa is on a quiet cul de sac overlooking Pinhal Golf course so the men in our party enjoyed chilling and watching the golf from the expansive outside terrace plus I think cold beers were also in there somewhere . Can’t say enough about Magellan House !! if you are looking for fantastic space with everything you could possible need this is the place for you !!

The villa is beautiful - spacious, elegant, well equipped and spotless. The rooms and bathrooms are very generously proportioned and the living space is excellent. The outside area is beautiful - again spacious and elegantly proportioned - tranquil, private and lush with a large pool. The hosts Kirsty and Joao could not have been more accommodating friendly and helpful - we are planning to return next year - this property is stunning.

What an outstanding place! The villa was absolutely excellent and the outdoor space was beautiful. We stayed for a week and the property had everything we needed and more. The hosts were an absolute pleasure to deal with and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is excellent and in a really nice development of villas. The view onto the golf course was great and we loved spending time in the pool or cooking BBQs. Staying in the villa was far better than any hotel we saw in the nearby area. We couldn't recommend this villa enough! Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
