Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A little pricey but very convenient for an early flight
Nice hotel, very chilled and quiet despite being near both the motorway and airport. Great swimming pool, plenty of parking and friendly staff. Airport is short walk away

No kettle in the room. Thats just a personal preference but, for me, an important one.
The hotel is close to the airport which meant I could walk there the next morning. Also close to a Pingo Doce which I used for a cuppa etc.

We arrived at 10pm a short walk from the airport. Sat by the pool with a refreshing glass of white wine. Breakfast was good again by the pool

Happy with everything
The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern and bright, it had a small pool which was lovely, It was about a 5 to 10 min walk to the airport so perfect for an early morning flight but we booked an Uber due to heavy cases which was easy to book even at 3am, took about 5 mins and cost 4 Euro.

Could be good to have some umbrellas by the pool chairs
A simple, well equipped hotel very close by the airport perfect for a night stay before an early flight the next day. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were warm, friendly and professional!

Only one thing - the WiFi was very erratic and should be improved.
The location near the airport was ideal and the room was very clean and comfortable. The free parking outside the hotel was much appreciated.

We needed a cot for son, and it was awful. It was flimsy, noisy and the sheet not secure. We had to wedge it against the bed so it wouldn't squeak every time he moved. Asked reception, and they looked for their other one but was in another room in use, so we had to make it work.
This is the second time we've stayed, it is so convenient for getting to the airport. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Pool looks great but didn't use it. Continentals breakfast was lovely and worth the money. We'd definitely stay again.

The breakfast is adequate, if perhaps a bit steep at €9 for what is provided.
Clean, modern rooms within walking distance of the airport. Great if you need a late night check-in, as we did. We were near the main road and couldn’t hear a thing. The ambiance of breakfast is lovely as there is outdoor space next to the pool.

Noise from other rooms when trying to sleep (doors banging, people talking in corridors etc after 11pm). No breakfast in morning as we had to leave at 7am so although room was opening, there wasn’t time to grab and go.

At two different times in the middle of the night a pack (couldn’t say how many) started wildly barking. It woke us from a dead sleep & my husband actually got up to check because it sounded like it was right outside our door.

The air conditioning didn't seem to be working but it was fairly cool outside so we opened to patio door for a while to cool it down. Wasn't a problem really but could be in warmer weather.
This hotel is an easy walk to the Faro airport and we had to be there for our flight at 03:30AM the following morning. They offered breakfast but we were leaving too early for that. There was a pool but we didn't have time to go for a swim, but appreciated that it was there.
