Virtually no WiFi unless you stand in one corner of the room. No one to be seen at reception ever, day or night, had to call multiple numbers to check in just to be told the keys are in reception for us to take. Staff spoke no English or any other language whatsoever, only Polish.

There were stains on the sofas. The apartment looked clean at the first sight, but eventually we found some stains, so it should be cleaner to have a pleasant stay.

Actually this is a great option to stay for a night, as we did. Spacious rooms, AC, very friendly staff, breakfast was ok. Communication was very good, except that staff basically don’t speak English, but we communicated through text messages, so Google translate :) Very convenient check in process- you can come any time you want, just pick the keys from the reception. If the reception doesn’t work, they will leave you the keys there- that was a plus.

The pillows and blankets of additional children sets have a very strong inner static electrification. You can see this in full darkness by rubbing your hand on pillow or blanket. It was disgusting one of the kids The payment process was a real issue as if we forget payment on site, there is no flexible options, just a very problematic bank transfer with banks fees.

Unfortunately, none of the staff speaks English. You can only talk to them in Polish. We arrived, and the villa is closed. We called the staff to open the door for us, but no one understood us. The problem was solved only after 30 minutes. Another drawback is that Wi-Fi works very slowly, like a turtle.

We stayed in this apartment during a car trip from Lithuania to Italy. This is a very spacious and clean apartment, equipped with the kitchenette and refrigerator. The bathroom, linen and bed are in excellent condition. A three-kilometer drive from the villa there is a supermarket Auchan. Good breakfast.

The main door would definitely need to be repaired, it was really hard to open and close it.

Really nice room, well equipped. The only thing I would welcome would be two towels, small and large, which is usual. I only got one big towel. But that's just a small thing, otherwise everything was perfect. Accommodation is in a quiet environment which I prefer.

ATTENTION - CARD DATA MISUSE! I have paid by card on 20th June, on 11th July (4 days before the stay) I found suspicious payment on my card for 22$ (shop ITABUS) and one another unsuccefull attempt (shop GREYHOUND). I blocked this card and replaced the card in booking (the payment wasn't charged yet by this time) by a new virtual card. I have used this new card exclusively for payment of this reservation and set the corresponding limit. Two weeks after the stay, I saw two new attempts for payment from my card (shops TEMU and AMAZON prime). As I used this card just for this accomodation, I have enough evidence to file a criminal complaint to this accomodation. Obivously the card data aren't kept securely enough or some of the employees is is misusing the clients' data. Apart from that - we arrived later in the evening and picked the keys in empty reception. There was empty bottle with soap, but in the evening there was noone available, so they fill it in the morning. The equipment of kitchen was insufficient, there was just one very small pot, generally the some of the equipment should be repaired or replaced (room nr. 13)

Nothing special worth to mention. When we found in the morning someone of reception, they were quiet helpful. But they speak just Polish.

The flat was dirty as we arreived. moreover the Sinn in the bathroom had a lack, so a lot of water got the floor. We also booked a room with a Double bed and two single beds. But we only got a room with a double and Single-bed and a (Dirty) sofa.

There was no heating. The staff did not speak a word of English. NONE! The breakfast started in very different times and we were not informed about it Some beds were missing some wood from the bedframe.

Train road near, bells will wake you up from 6.am. Room was too cold. Doors did not work properly. Ants running on the floor. Stuff did not speaks english. It cost somewhy bit more than booking.com offered. Parking was on the street. Soap container under shower was empty.

Wifi worked, stuff was very helpful in the morning and allways smiling. Breakfast was early so it suited with "train bell wake up system". 06.00 train bell wake you up after that you have just nice hour to get everything ready. Kids had nice time as they made competition "who can find and step on more ants" it was good that stuff have been thinking on kids games.

If I had to be picky, the bedding had quite a bit of static electricity, which was just a small annoyance.

The hotel interior is modern but in a homey way. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was lovely and helpful with everything. Free coffees by the reception was also a bonus.
