The cleaning of the rooms wasn’t at the best. Nit always a proper vacuum cleaning was done, one day they forgot to make up my bed, never washed the used cups. Also there was only one shampoo/ body wash, no conditioner available

Virtually no WiFi unless you stand in one corner of the room. No one to be seen at reception ever, day or night, had to call multiple numbers to check in just to be told the keys are in reception for us to take. Staff spoke no English or any other language whatsoever, only Polish.

The host did not answer any questions. 30 minutes before check-in he wrote that the apartment has no heating, hot water, gas stove does not work and there is no solution to fix it today, so ready to refund the money. After contacting Booking.com a new email arrived from the host that everything was fixed. None of the codes mentioned in the email for entry and key retrieval worked. Again the issue was resolved by Booking.com. At 17;30 went into the apartment which was not cleaned. Had to clean the bathroom before taking a shower. I can continue to list all the negatives of these apartments. it is good that I booked them for 3 days. If I liked it, I would have extended it for another 3 days. So I booked another one. Of course I do not recommend Studio Krakow Center. It's not as described. It's horrible.

Impossible to sleep as the bedroom smoke detector beeps every minute very loudly, waking you up just as you’re falling asleep. Kind of a sleep deprivation torture. The double height ceiling makes it impossible to remove the battery and there are no ladders or anything to reach it. If you manage to press the reset button with a long stick it only solves the issue for 15 minutes. We checked in late (delayed train) so no one could come and fix the issue until the next day (when we checked out).
