You can hear quite loudly other guests entering and exiting through the corridor and the main door, but this is only minor and for me was not much of a problem.

An excellent apartment for a wonderful stay. Modern, clean and spacious with great facilities. Located in a green and peaceful (apart from the trains) neighbourhood. Would highly recommend.

I found the strictness of following the house rules appropriate, but the style of delivering the message was a bit too agressive.

Property delivered all advertised features. It was very easy to get in and use accomodation.

When You enter the apartment there is a feeling of lightness and fresh sea breeze. The interior is minimal yet modern. Everything is nice and clean. Bedroom has amazingly comfortable bed. I am a picky sleeper because of my back. Kitchen has everything needed to make dinner on spot. One important thing for me as guest was coffee machine, in addition there was coffee available, so morning started with fresh cup of coffee. There is a private paid parking available for 7 euros, we used it gladly, spacious, behind automatic gate. This apartment exceeded all my expectations. Definitely will be returning on my next vacation.

There is so much room to park inside the premise, that it could be free for the guests. Sheets were stained (I think they were washed but in need of bleach maybe)

Train tracks are close to the building and if you have fragile sleep it may be a problem. But there is also earplugs given so its not that big of a deal.

Almost everything was perfect, it was clean, cozy and overall an amazing experiance, we will come again.

Nice place and apartamens. Great hosts, Quick respond to messages and reachable by phone. Very comfortable beds. Coffee, tea, sugar and all kitchen equipment is available. Safe car parking.

Some places have to be looked at cleanliness. I had a lot of limescale around our water kettle. A few forks was dirty and couldn't even wash that food off . Matrass for bed wasn't for me too hard. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor, but everyone can't be pleased they can't change it to a different one for every guest .

It was a warm and compact apartment. Had everything what we need . Trains next to the apartment did not disturb us they not that loud. Nice size garden/parking kids enjoyed playing in snow. Felt safe. Our wi-fi went down, but stuff was quick to resolve that . Loved big mirror in room and bathroom. Easy to get to old Riga.

It was very hot in the room during the night. we were unable to adjust the temperature. A train running close by appartment,therefore additional noise!

Check in was super easy and smooth, zero stress, absolutely pleasant experience 👌 very comfy, brand new everything in fully working order. Loved how compact and cosy it was and still we had everything we needed. My little girl loved the bar stools and the many comfy pillows. We loved all the Christmas lights and decorations 😍 ❤️ sunny & bright & perfect 🥰

Great communication with clear instructions for check in & out. The studio apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. The paid parking option was convenient. The location was great - the city centre is a short drive and access is easy to the main roads out of the city. The airport, supermarkets, shopping malls etc are all close. Perfect for a short solo trip.

Tiny kitchen, place is near the railway, sound isoliation isn't the best, stairway is not suitable for little kids, elderly people or pets.

Good communication, not crowdy place of a town, easy check-in, spacious parking. Very clean, smelling good, comfy bed, all necessary dishes, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, spices. Not faraway from park.

Balcony didn't have lights. So we can not sit there at night.

In general, I have positive impression about the apartment. There are two minor dissatisfying points to mention: wifi signal was weak and my phone constantly lost it, and the bed was a bit squeaky.

This is a good place for its price with a plenty of private space, good parking possibilities. Everything was clean.

Loud street noises event at night. Apartment located near quite busy street. No AC, so you have to open the windows.
