From the moment we arrived at Art Hotel Roma, it was clear we were in for a special treat. The staff greeted us with such warmth and enthusiasm; I've truly never encountered such a welcoming team during my travels. Their attention to detail and eagerness to assist made us feel cherished and valued throughout our stay. The room was another highlight - spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable, providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. Every amenity was thoughtfully designed and placed, reflecting the hotel's commitment to guest comfort. Breakfast each morning was a delightful experience. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional. Art Hotel Roma not only met but far exceeded our expectations. For anyone looking for a stay that combines luxury with a personal touch, this hotel should be at the top of your list. We're already planning our next visit!

The room was quite spacious and had a lovely big window and plenty of space for our suitcases to lie out. The breakfast had a nice variety, though very European, and the staff were lovely and friendly. The location couldn't have been better really - right across the road from a supermarket and shopping centre, McDonalds on the corner, and only a few minutes easy walk into the town for all the restaurants and shops etc. It was ideal for our purposes.

The window opened onto a courtyard and a group of drunken men stayed out there one night making a ruckus until about 4am. We had no aircon working in the room so needed the window open and it ended up being a horrendous nights sleep.

Location is excellent. Fits the name perfectly. It looks like a small cabin from the outside but inside every inch is thought trough to maximize comfort and all necessities at a high quality. Loved the interior.

There is a loud generator that is super loud in the bedroom specifically so you wake up each time it goes off :( and there are no curtains in the bedroom so you wake up at 5:00 with full sun shining in :( So for a shallow sleeper like me was impossible to sleep unfortunately. Probably not so much for others :)

The hotel is in the city centre. Everything is in walking distance. The room was nice. We tried the wellness as well, it was very relaxing. The breakfast was amazing.

Nice place. Is everything you need. Would be nice if would be some oil for cooking. Balcony was very nice.

Tv didn’t work, one door handle was almost fallen out, the bed creaked, children's toilet does not flush the water. The worst thing was baby cot. The smell inside was so bad so we cant use it. Baby bed linen smells very bad too. Everything else was fine.
