Cleanliness was ok overall but were some areas in the bathroom especially that needed a deeper clean and towels were dirty.

Staff were friendly and accommodating with our change of pick up time. Nice location, close to beach and restaurants.

The water sulfur was very high, and the room was a little stuffy. I had no problems when I stayed a few nights at a place in Ubud, but here in seminyak I got quite congested when I lay down in the bed.

this place is older than others so if you want the latest modern comforts then its not for you. But if you want a taste of traditional Balinese culture then put away your expectations and enjoy the simple pleasures

Absolutely beautiful facilities, gardens and staff. Lovely traditional place and a fantastic pool area plus the balconies are perfect for enjoying the local atmosphere. Really lovely travellers to meet and staff are wonderful. Will definitely book again

I asked for a quiet room, but on the back of my room there were construction work happening, so during the day there was noise and I couldn't open the window blinds as the workers were right on the other side. :(

The hotel was on a great location, really close to the beach and one of the main streets. The room is spacious and the way the hotel is built you don't get noises from other rooms. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The rooms were small and antiquated, quite dirty in places. The bathroom was very shabby, and the shower spluttered out water, needed a good clean. The basin was very grimy and needed a real deep clean. The toilet didn’t flush half the time. Linen was very old and discoloured. The breakfast wasn’t included in the price. The food at breakfast was pathetic, no choice. The food on the menu was ok.

It had beautiful gardens, very traditional and the pool was lovely.

The wooden doors are gorgeous but don't stop mosquitoes, especially as with ours the door warped a bit because of the humidity outside versus aircon in the room and didn't seal tightly. I'm not sure how they could address this but it would be better.

The breakfast was terrific, great variety and fresh. I did ask for the first floor room but none of their twin rooms are on first floor, all on ground floor

Nothing, always enjoy staying here.

4th time we have stayed here, always very good and staff very friendly. 600mt walk from Villa to the beach. Clientele tends to be quieter and courteous but you can’t avoid the occasional loud, boisterous group.

Bit difficult getting a lounge chair by the pool.

Buffet breakfast was very good…we also had one lunch was good as well. We had a slight issue with our first room….we were given another room immediately. Also, all the staff were brilliant..Very friendly.

It was great to have a a pool with a swim up bar. The breakfast is simple but there is a variety to choose from and everything we had was yummy. Love that there was rice and noodle options :)

Lovely spot in Seminyak with friendly staff who go above and beyond and communicate well online and in person. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. We had an issue with one of the rooms shower and it was quickly fixed.

Room aircon and the normal bali water smell.

Great location, not a far drive from airport, good for arrival or departure stays, near main street, local store just outside property for your water/ snacks/ beers etc., and the beach just a short walk away.
